Berry Chia Pudding

Savor the sweetness of summer with a delicious and nutritious berry chia pudding. Perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack, this recipe is easy to prepare and full of vibrant flavors.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

  • 2 cups almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

  • Splash of rose water

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • Mint leaves for garnish

 

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the mixture thickens and the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid.

  3. Stir the pudding well before serving, then top with fresh berries and a sprinkle of mint leaves.
