Juice Ranch is everything we love in a local juice bar. Organic fresh juice options in glass, ready to grab and go, fresh baked gluten free muffins and pastries, coffee with adaptogens and mushroom add-ins, and chia pudding ready to go. For breakfast or lunch, Juice Ranch has many delicious and nourishing smoothies you can have made to order, as well as healthy and interesting options such as sourdough waffles, a pasture raised turkey sandwich with cashew cream cheese on sourdough and avacodo toast with almond cilantro pesto on sourdough or GF bread. Don't leave without checking out some of the other local and health conscious products they carry like Super Mallows, The Wylder 33 and more. Do not miss this treasure trove of healthy goodness next time you are visiting Santa Barbara or Montecito!!

Ah Juice Organic Cafe

432 E Haley St, Santa Barbara, CA 93101 (805) 698-1032

Ah Juice Organic Cafe is an old school health food cafe with a ton of great healthy options and a very interesting menu. There seem to be a lot of regulars who came in and called to check specials while I was there, loyalty and community connection that I always take as a great sign. I had their Immunity Matcha house-cashew milk, Host Defense Stamets 7 Mushroom Blend, Organic fresh pressed ginger juice and immune-boosting reishi mushroom powder and sweetened with local organic honey, as well as their gluten free baked item of the day, gluten and sugar free banana bread. All was delicious and nourishing.

Lotus Boutique

637 Chapala Street Santa Barbara

I first stumbled upon Lotus Boutique three years ago while vacationing in Santa Barbara. Everything about it made me immediately fall in love with this sweet boho clothing, jewelry and gift shop. They carry favorite Boho brands like Spell and Cleobella, cool Frye boots, hats, an amazing selection of leather handbags, jewelry made in-house and some other lines, as well as a great selection of candles, tarot and oracle decks and other fun housewares and gifts. Since I was last there, they expanded into the space next door and now also have a lovely space for offering bi weekly sound healings for the community. Check them out online https://thelotusboutique.com and when you are in Santa Barbara, definitely plan to stop in and do some shopping at Lotus Boutique.
