"The Secret Messages of Water" is a concept popularized by the book of the same name written by Japanese scientist and author, Masaru Emoto. Dr. Emoto showed that human consciousness can affect the molecular structure of water. He conducted experiments where he exposed water to various emotions, words, music, and prayers, then froze the water and examined the crystalline structures under a microscope.
Emoto found that water exposed to positive influences, such as love, gratitude, or classical music, formed beautiful and symmetrical crystals, while water exposed to negative influences, such as anger, hatred, pollution, or heavy metal music, formed distorted and ugly crystals.
Whether you prescribe to this approach or approach it with skepticism, there can be no harm ever in speaking kindly and focusing on putting out positive energy and positive feelings.
