Berry Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Splash of rose water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the mixture thickens and the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid.
Stir the pudding well before serving, then top with fresh berries and a sprinkle of mint leaves.
