We all have this idea that forgiveness is a good thing and that it may be harder said than done...but what does forgiveness actually mean? And how does one actually perform the act of forgiveness? Forgiveness is mostly shared as a concept, and it is a bit vague at best. We'd like to turn it into an activity and a tool that you may use to keep your “emotional house” clean for the rest of your life. Think one part meditation, embodiment, visualization, and the magic sauce is the NLP (neural linguistic programming) part that unlocks the subconscious energy for a very powerful release.

We will start our time together exploring what forgiveness is and more importantly what it is not. We will also get a wee bit nerdy and explain why this is such a powerful ritual. Then we will journey together into a sacred space to allow the release of past pain, trauma, and resentments through a guided meditation and embodiment process. We will then close the container with welcoming in new energy to this freshly cleared space.

This ritual will give everyone an opportunity to release their past in a safe and sacred container. This will be a confidential space and participants will be welcomed to embrace any emotions that may arise and move through them with an expert guide. This ritual will leave you feeling like a load has been taken off your back and you can finally breathe again with ease.
