Lavender Lemonade for Calm and Refreshment

Find tranquility in a refreshing glass of lavender lemonade. This soothing drink is perfect for hot summer days, helping to calm your mind and invigorate your senses.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

  • 4 cups cold water

  • 1/4 cup dried lavender flowers

  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh lavender sprigs and lemon slices for garnish

 

Instructions:

  1. In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the dried lavender flowers. Cover and let steep for about 10 minutes.

  2. Strain the lavender water into a pitcher, discarding the flowers. Add the lemon juice, remaining 3 cups of cold water, and honey or maple syrup. Stir well to combine.

  3. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh lavender sprigs and lemon slices.

This delightful drink is not only refreshing but also helps to promote relaxation and a sense of calm.
