1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

4 cups cold water

1/4 cup dried lavender flowers

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions:

In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the dried lavender flowers. Cover and let steep for about 10 minutes.

Strain the lavender water into a pitcher, discarding the flowers. Add the lemon juice, remaining 3 cups of cold water, and honey or maple syrup. Stir well to combine.
